Structural Strength and Safety
ABOVE:  This is an example of a PolySteel wall. The forms provide  ideal conditions for curing, allowing concrete to reach strengths 50% stronger than typical air-dried concrete.
NOTE: Styrofoam is stripped away from the concrete for viewing purposes only. In normal usage, the Styrofoam forms remain around the concrete permanently.
PolySteel forms create a monolithic concrete wall that is 10 times stronger than wood-framed structures.

•  PolySteel homes are capable of withstanding hurricanes, tornadoes and earthquakes.
•  PolySteel provides 4 hour fire protection (laboratory tested).  PolySteel's extremely low toxicity is 2 ˝ times less than burning wood.  Its extremely low flame spread and smoke development make our walls safer from the hazards of fire.

•  PolySteel reduces flood damage.

•  PolySteel insulated concrete forms have received complete code approval throughout the United States.  They can be used for residential and commercial structures which are designed based on ACI-318.

•  PolySteel forms are the first and only form on the market available with a National Evaluation Service (Report No. NER-515).  This is the first NER Report ever issued on any insulated  concrete form system.  This is a report that gives PolySteel forms recognition throughout the United States for every building code.
